Who we are

TBI Industries began with three friends who loved taking things apart, figuring out how they worked, and putting them back together—better than before. What started as a hobby quickly developed into a business founded on trust, skill, and a genuine desire to help people. We understand how frustrating it can be when your phone breaks, your computer slows down, or your tech stops working—that’s where we step in. We treat every device as if it were our own and every customer like a neighbor. No confusing jargon, no unnecessary upsells—just honest work and real results.

Bryce

Bryce was born and raised in Arizona and has been a local to the Benson/Sierra Vista area for most of his life. Bryce got a bachelors in robotics engineering but decided to follow his dream of pulling things apart and putting them back together better than before.

Austin

That’s me, you’re probably wondering how I got here. I’ve always had a habit of taking things apart to see what’s inside, and luckily, I can put them back together, too. I enjoy fixing tech issues and bringing a little personality to the process.
